Refund and Exchange Policy

At Riidmi, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their digital purchases. However, due to the nature of digital products, we have specific guidelines and restrictions regarding refunds and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for digital products are available under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Product: If you have accidentally purchased the wrong ebook or received an incorrect file, you are eligible for a refund provided you have not yet downloaded the correct file.
  • File Issues: If the ebook file is defective or corrupted, you may request a refund before the correct file is downloaded.

Once the correct ebook file has been successfully downloaded, all sales are final. We cannot offer a refund, regardless of the circumstances, after the correct file has been accessed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us via email at orders@riidmi.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include the following information in your refund request:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue (e.g., incorrect eBook, defective file)
  • Any supporting documentation or screenshots, if applicable

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within one day

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. At Riidmi, all payments are securely handled via bank transactions, and refunds will be credited to the same bank account used for the initial purchase. Please allow up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

4. Exchanges and Replacements

If you have received the wrong eBook or a defective file, we are happy to offer an exchange or replacement. To request an exchange, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact us via email at orders@riidmi.com within 3 days of your purchase.
  • Provide your order number and describe the issue (e.g., wrong eBook, corrupted file).
  • Our team will verify the issue and promptly send the correct eBook to your email at no additional cost.

Exchanges and replacements will be provided free of charge and will not affect your ability to download the correct file multiple times.

5. Technical Difficulties

We understand that technical issues may occasionally prevent you from accessing your eBook. If you are experiencing difficulties downloading or opening your eBook, please contact us at orders@riidmi.com. We offer unlimited download attempts for all purchased eBooks, and we will work with you to resolve any technical issues.

If the issue cannot be resolved and you have not successfully downloaded the correct file, a refund may be considered, provided the issue is reported within [X days] of purchase.

6. Important Notes
  • No refunds will be issued for eBooks that have been successfully downloaded, except in cases of proven technical issues that prevent access to the content.
  • Refunds are subject to verification of purchase and file access history.
  • Riidmi reserves the right to deny a refund request if there is evidence of abuse or fraudulent activity.
